Shipping:  We ship 90% of the time within 24 hours of payment, Tuesday through
Friday, most Saturdays. Sundays and holidays, we lay back and enjoy.(well we try

Shipping and handling charges:  We try our very best at keeping shipping as low
as possible by regularly researching for the best possible prices. Please email us
with your shipping address for any unspecified shipping, i.e. Multiple order, large
order and  international.

International sales: Buyer is responsible for taxes, duties and sundry charges        
related to the importation of the item(s). Please do not ask us to mark the 'Gift" box
on customs forms, as this is illegal.

Refunds:  If within 30 days you are not happy with your purchase, please email us  
with the problem to first see if we can resolve the issue, if we can not, You will          
receive a RMA # for the return of said item(s). Returned item(s) must be                     
post-marked within 5 days of our communication. Item(s) must be in the same        
condition as received. A full refund of the *purchase price will be submitted within   
24 hours. Item(s) returned without RMA # will not be accepted and will be turned     
back.

Refurbished and AS-IS dispensers: Although the dispensers are fixed up and
repainted as well as they can be, they will not be perfect. They will have
imperfections that may be seen under the new paint, small dents and may not be
perfectly symmetrical. Therefore these are sold "As Is" Thank you.

No separate phone line for the fax machine. We send and receive fax's through the same
number as the telephone.
No expensive website designers
We do all the website designing ourselves. No it's not perfect but it does work and what
counts is the product and service.
No advertising
It may take a little longer, but we believe our service says it all and the word will get around
Packaging
90% of our packaging is recycled, so don't be surprised to see some odd packing
materials in your recycled box.
Office supplies
We only use low cost office supplies, such as inks, paper and business cards.
Rent or mortgages
 
Climate control
Our warehouse is not heated or air conditioned. We can handle the cold or the heat! Yes,
it does get cold and hot, but we can handle it.
Trucking
We rent our trucks on a "as needed" basis, saving us all the maintenance, tags,
registration, etc... That come with owning our own.

It's all about the things our customers do NOT have to pay for. Here is the list:

If we do not absolutely need to spend the money to get our customers great service and quality
products... We will not!
Returning customers save even more, as you total purchased quantities are combined!

Businesses that give price break, always give the break at a certain quantity purchased at one
time. IE: Buy 50 and pay $$$ buy 100 and pay only $$ and so on.

Here at DBAM, we keep count on your purchases. And over time, you will reach the quantities
required for a price break, then eventually the next and then the next...

So, even if you only buy 2 rolls at a time, eventually you will reach the price break for the
25 roll purchase. Then 50, then 100...
